Here at Thompson kennels, we take pride in producing top quality Shorty Bulls. Shorty Bulls are a trademarked breed and "all bulldog," but in a small package of 40 lbs or less. Our breeding stock comes from Blue River Bullies and Blue Rock Bullies and may be BBC, BBCR, and ABKC registered. Our main Shorty male is HKB's Ratchet, a son of Blue River Heff. We are proud to have produced an ABKC Best in Show winner, Thompson's Annie Oakley. Annie is the daughter of NSB Maverick, 2011 ABKC Nationals Best of Breed Champion.
Our American Bulldogs were selected from David Thompson's 20-year breeding program. The great Ironman Tyson is intensified 4x in our puppies. The males range from 105-115 lbs. and the females range from 85-95 lbs.
