Our Chinooks are registered with AKC-FSS (soon to be full AKC) and UKC. Our breeding dogs have passed eye (CERF) exams and hip certifications through OFA. Puppies are raised in our home and we do our best to start them off right with lots of socialization and potty training. A Chinook is a sled dog that makes a great family pet. They love children and like other dogs. They are pretty adaptable as far as exercise goes but do need to be included in family activities. They are not a kennel dog, but rather a house dog that likes being with their family. 2/11/09 |
